Residual income happens when you sell something once and you continue to make money on that sale, month after month.  Think of it like this... If you sold a car you would earn a one time commission on the sale of the car.  If you sold a life insurance policy you would earn commissions every month the customer pays their premiums.  The same is true with GBG.  Every time a customer buys a product you can earn commissions.
